How rescheduling, cancellations, and service satisfaction are handled.
Effective September 2026. This is a general policy, not a substitute for legal advice.
Wipe It Clean LC provides professional cleaning services on a scheduled basis. Because our crews are dedicated to your appointment in advance, your first cancellation or reschedule request is free of charge. For any cancellation or reschedule after that, a $50 fee applies unless at least 2 business days' notice is given.
If you're not satisfied with a completed cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to address the specific area(s) of concern at no additional charge. Refunds for completed services are evaluated case-by-case and are not automatic, as cleaning is a labor service rather than a returnable good.
Please contact us directly before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer — most concerns can be resolved directly and faster this way.
